THE FORMAT
At the heart of my coaching is the belief that you already have the answers. I’m here to listen, ask insightful questions, and use my broad experience to challenge your way of thinking.
We hold an initial discovery conversation to understand your objectives and shape the support you need.
My coaching programmes typically run for six to twelve months, with a meeting every 2-4 weeks.
The meetings can be online or face-to-face in a location of your choice.
Some clients even choose outdoor coaching to give them space to walk, breathe and think.
The coaching doesn’t stop abruptly at the end of each session, though. You can access email and telephone support outside of the coaching appointments.
