Who are we?  

Sirise Limited (t/a Sarah Parr Executive Coach) is a company registered in the UK which provides coaching, consultancy, facilitation and training services.  Our registered office is 2 Station View, Hazel Grove, Stockport, England, SK7 5ER.  Our website address is www.sarahparrexecutivecoach.co.uk 

What information do we collect from you?  

We may hold basic data such as your name, company name and email address and, in the case of some of our clients, name and contact details for an emergency contact. We may also have some notes that relate to our conversations.  We also keep several years of email correspondence.  All of this is stored on cloud platforms that we believe to be secure.  

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:  

  • Subscribing to receive our newsletter and other communications  
  • Working with us, either directly or through one of the organisations that subcontract work to us  
  • Submission of the contact form on our website  
  • Contacting us through our social media channels  

How do we use the information we hold about you?  

We never share or sell any personal information to a third party. We use it simply to communicate marketing information and resources to you.  

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing the information we keep is your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time by contacting info@sarahparrexecutivecoach.co.uk.   

We may share your personal information with selected Third Parties who assist us in providing our services.  These Third Parties are contractually obligated to use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was shared and all Third Parties used have appropriate Standard Contract Clauses in place, to handle this data. 

How long do we keep information we hold about you?  

All personal data is processed and stored securely. We do not keep your personal data for any longer than it is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected.  
  
If you are on our mailing list we will process your personal information until you withdraw consent by unsubscribing.  
  
If you fill in a contact form on our website we will use that to make contact with you and will delete all details no later than 2 years after our last contact with you.  
  
If you have worked with us as a client then we will delete all personal data no later than 5 years after our last contact with you.  

  
We may keep your data longer if we are involved in a legal claim or dispute.  
  
Where this is the case then we will delete it as soon as such claim or dispute is resolved.  

Consent  

We would like to send you marketing emails on a regular basis with news, articles and promotions.  You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

What rights you have over your data  

Under data protection law, you have rights including:  

  • Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.   
  • Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.   
  • Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.   
  • Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.   
  • Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.  
  • Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.  

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
